I now have 10 images on display throughout the Shady Creek Winery!, most of which are brand new pieces! Many are featured in my one of a kind beautiful hand crafted & finished wood frames in a variety of different species! Come do a tasting, have a glass, or take home a bottle and check out my newest work! Many of my images on display @ Shady Creek are from Stop 31 right here in Michigan City, along with some of my macro & panorama work, star filled nightscapes, and beautiful beach scenes! Also, my glareless mounted canvas prints framed in hand crafted hard woods are finally making their debut!

Holiday Exhibition @ Earth Angel Eco Art Studio in La Porte

Come Join an incredible group of Local and Chicago based Artists as we celebrate the Holiday Season with beautiful creations! This is a fantastic Holiday focused event geared toward helping our friends, clients, and supporters get Holiday shopping done while we celebrate the season! We will have amazingly affordable and beautiful works of art, and house wares to choose from. Give the gift of one of a kind Creativity to your special ones this year while you support Local! Our music for the evening will be an angelic sound from select members of the Childrens Choir and Symphony Orchestra. All disciplines of the Fine Arts will be on display and available for purchase. Furniture Makers, Photography, Painting, Sculpture, Performance Art, and Glass Art will decorate the walls of Earth Angel! A spectacular painted and sculpted cake will be on display as part of a culinary and art collaboration as well as an incredible Bread Sculpture by Our Common Thread. Wine and Cheese will be served. ($5 donations requested but not mandatory) This is an event for all ages.

Meet & Greet + Gallery Showing for September 2014!

For the entire month of September I've taken over the walls of A Dove's Tale showcasing a collection of photographs from the shores of Michigan City. From long exposure nightscapes taken on the ice shelf at 3am in January, to vibrant panoramas with a view of the Chicago skyline during vivid sunsets, all images featured in this opening were shot right here from the beaches of Michigan City. This show presents a vast diversity of views available from our shores. Many of the images show the local scenery in ways most have never experienced, with times of day and dates signed onto each print allowing you to see how the beautiful local landscape changes wildly from day to day.

 

The regular gallery hours are Thursday & Friday 12pm - 4pm & Saturday from 10am - 4pm. There will be special extended showing + meet and greet Saturday September 20th from 2pm - 5pm for those who couldn't make the grand opening due to crazy weather. I will be there to answer any questions about the pieces and talk a little about my process! I hope to see you there!

 

The gallery is being hosted by A Dove's Tale, located @ 829 Franklin St in Michigan City's Uptown Arts District, featuring stunning handcrafted furniture and home furnishings, offering unique furniture designs as well as the ability to custom order to your specifications.
